Creating your account using the invitation email
When you are added to an account in the Dig One platform for the first time, an email is sent from hello@diginsights.com with a link to create your account. You will only be able to create your account through this link.
Once you have created your account through this invitation link, you will be an active user in the platform. If you are added to any other accounts in the platform, you will not need to create a new account- simply use the same email to log in.
If you haven't received the invitation email, try the following:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
Search all mail folders for an email from hello@diginsights.com
If you find the email, move it to your inbox and follow the link provided.
Confirm you're checking the correct email address
Invitation and password reset emails are sent to the email address associated with your Dig One account. If you're unsure which email address was used, contact the person who invited you or your Dig One administrator.
Check with your IT team
Some organizations block automated emails from external senders. Ask your IT team to verify that emails from hello@diginsights.com are not being filtered, quarantined, or blocked.
Still can't find the email?
Contact your CSM or Dig One Support and include:
The email address you're trying to access
Whether you're waiting for an invitation email or a password reset email
The approximate time the email was requested
Our team can help verify your account and resend the invitation if needed.
Creating your account using Self Sign Up
Creating a new account using Self Sign Up will give you a 30 day free trial to the Dig One platform. To learn more about creating an account using Self Sign Up, check out this article.
Resetting your Password
If you are trying to access your existing Dig One account, type in your email on the login page and select "Forgot Password". An email from hello@diginsights.com will be sent with a link to complete the password reset process.
